Double Up Oklahoma Participants in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) can use EBT and PEBT cards at the Muskogee Farmers' Market to purchase SNAP eligible items and will be matched up to $20 in additional tokens for purchasing produce. Muskogee Farmers' Market is held at the Muskogee Civic Center every Wednesday from 8am-1pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm from April through October. Baptist Free Health Clinic 918-869-0516 205 Houston St. Muskogee, OK 74403 The Baptist Free Health Clinic (BFHC) is an all-volunteer basic health care provider to the Greater Muskogee community. It operates on a first come basis, with 15 patient limits on Mondays from 4 to 7pm. No proof of financial need is requested.

Okmulgee Ave. Muskogee , OK 74401 A free health clinic sponsored by St. Paul's United Methodist Church and St. Joseph Catholic Church. For adults who do not qualify for any form of welfare and who have no health insurance. Appointments must be made by phone on Thursday afternoons from 1 - 4 p.m. to see medical personnel Thursday evening between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
