Double Up Oklahoma Participants in SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) can use EBT and PEBT cards at the Muskogee Farmers' Market to purchase SNAP eligible items and will be matched up to $20 in additional tokens for purchasing produce. Muskogee Farmers' Market is held at the Muskogee Civic Center every Wednesday from 8am-1pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm from April through October. It operates on a first come basis, with 15 patient limits on Mondays from 4 to 7pm. No proof of financial need is requested.
